My Hurcrux Theory (that mugglenet won't have...)

When Dumbledore tells Harry that Voldemort found nothing of value when he returned to Hogwarts to make his request [page 506], he was wrong. Voldemort indeed found, or had something very useful and hid it in within the halls of Hogwarts itself. Harry actually comes very close to finding it in “Sectumsempre,” chapter of book 6. The sixth and last Horcrux is in the version of the Room of Requirements that appears when one asks “I need a place to hide a book..” [page 525, book 6].

When Harry uses the Sectumsempre curse on Malfoy, Snape orders him to fetch his schoolbag. Harry, not wanting to return the Prince’s potion’s, gets Ron’s book instead. Then, he runs to the Room of Requirements to hide the Prince’s book. It is there that he comes across several old and decrepit objects including a bloody axe and a cabinet with an animal skeleton [page 526, book 6]. However, Rowling pauses on one conspicuous artifact, the bust of an “old ugly wizard,” on top of which he sees a tiara [page 527, book 6]. A wizard would obviously not sport a tiara, so it must simply be placed on top of the bust. The tiara, in fact belongs to Ruina Ravenclaw and has to be the missing Horcrux. Rowling’s emphasis on this “Unknowable Room” in book 6 and on Voldemort’s attachment to the castle further make the point that this is indeed the Horcrux.

Comments:
sounds very reasonable. that very well good be one of the remaining horcruxes. another horcrux is probably something from sirius's house that mundungus fletcher was selling when harry bumped into him in book 6.

Yeah I think its the hufflepuff cup.

This is my list of horcruxes:

1) The locket found in sirius's house.(slytherin locket)
2) cup mundungus sold (huflfepuff cup)
3) the tiarra (ravenclaw tiarra)
4)gaunt ring
5) the diary
6) voldemort
7)nagini(which i don't think is a horcrux).

you know how the gaunt ring had so many incantations around it and so on, why don't the cup, locket and tiara have such incantations around it?

The Horcrux in the locket had a ton of enchantments around it. I think RAB just got through them and destroyed it. As for the tiara, Voldemort probably thinks its too well hidden to be found. Besides, Harry never tried to touch it, if he did I'm sure more adverse things might happen. Same with the book, it was ok until you started reading and interacting with it. So basically I think Voldemort put enchantments around some objects and others he tried to disguise them as being ordinary objects and they are only dangerous if you interact closely with them.

I also think the bloody axe is the axe that nearly headless nick was beheaded with

Harry puts the tiara on that wizard...

"Would he be able to find this spot again amidst all this junk? Seizing the chipped bust of an ugly old warlock from on top of a nearby crate, he stood it on top of the cupboard where the book was now hidden, perched a dusty old wig and a tarnished tiara on the statue's head to make it more distinctive, then sprinted back through the alleyways of hidden junk as fast as he could go, back to the door, back out onto the corridor, where he slammed the door behind him, and it turned at once back into stone."

You are a HUGE HUGE nerd
